Vân Đỗ

Vân Đỗ is a Hanoi-based curator and writer whose practice concerns artistic interventions and negotiation of existing sites and seeks for critical engagements with the local communities. From 2019 to 2021, Vân worked in the curatorial team of The Factory Contemporary Arts Centre (HCMC). Since 2022, Van has been Artistic Director of Á Space, an artist-driven independent space for experimental practices in Hanoi, Vietnam. Phạm Hà Ninh

Hà Ninh Pham (b. 1991) is an artist from Hanoi, Vietnam. His work explores how we build up our understanding of territories from afar. Hà Ninh Pham earned his MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 2018 and his BFA from the Vietnam University of Fine Arts in 2014. Solo shows include Cheat Codes, curated by Passenger Pigeon Press at FRONT Art Space, New York (2019), Institute of Distance, curated by Michael Lee at S.E.A Focus, Singapore (2021), and Recursive Fables, curated by Vân Do at A+ Works of Art in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2022). Hà Ninh Pham is represented by A+ Works of Art. He is currently an Associate Lecturer in Design Studies at RMIT University Vietnam.

Châu Hoàng

Châu Hoàng is a curator and art manager currently based in Hanoi. Her curatorial practice focuses on exploring different possibilities of exhibition making and art creation as well as examining how visual language reflects and questions diverse spheres of life. Since 2014, she has participated in various cultural and visual art projects including Ô Cách Ciné (Á Space, Hanoi, 2023), Linh San: no longer holding a cloud (Á Space, Hanoi, 2022), Skylines with Flying People 4 (Mini King’s Storage, Hanoi, 2021), Queer Forever! (Nhà Sàn Collective, Hanoi, 2015), IN:ACT NIPAF Asia WS (Nhà Sàn Collective, Hanoi, 2017), Xuân Hạ: There’s an ant inside my glass of water (Chaosdowntown, HCMC, 2018), Asian In/VISIBLE Station Project (ZeroStation, HCMC, 2016-2017), among others.

Đặng Thuỳ Anh

Đặng Thùy Anh is a visual artist currently living and working in Hanoi. She graduated from Vietnam University of Fine Arts in 2019, majoring in Graphic Design. Since 2017, Thuỳ Anh has engaged more frequently in experimental artistic practice through various performance art events and exploring different mediums such as installation, photography and conceptual approaches to art making. Her interest revolves around the connection between human and nature, visual motifs that are stereotypically understood and the impact of social prejudice towards the conceptualization of gender. Thuỳ Anh often uses living organisms, her own body and her personal archives as materials in her art. Solo exhibitions include: Silent Intimacy, curated by Vân Đỗ (The Factory Contemporary Arts Centre, HCMC, 2019), Chợt Mộng Tan, curated by Linh Lê (Á Space, Hanoi, 2022). Hồng Anh
Operation manager

Hồng Anh (b. 2003, Hải Phòng), also known as Kèn, is currently the Operations Manager of Á Space from 2023 to present. Starting to join Á in 2022 as a volunteer with the desire to learn and challenge herself in the art environment, Hồng Anh has participated in organizing and producing Á Space’s various events, programs and exhibitions, among which the most notable include: Vy Trinh: Overvoltage (Gia Lam Train Factory, Hanoi, 2023); IN:ACT 2023 & 2022 (Nhà Sàn Collective & Á Space, Hanoi, 2022-2023); 4th Quarter Report (Á Space, Hanoi, 2023); Tương tương ngộ ngộ cá kho tộ, ngộ ngộ tương tương đậu kho tương (Á Space, Hanoi, 2023). In addition to her main role in Á Space, she has also participated in some film projects as a Production Assistant.

Linh Meow

Linh Meow is a multimedia artist and illustrator based in Hanoi, Vietnam. With her background in graphic design, she joined the team of Á Space, an artist-driven independent space in Hanoi, in 2022 to pursue her interest in contemporary art and curatorial practice. Her notable publication projects include: White Noise: Three parables + 1 (Nguyen Art Foundation, HCMC, 2023); A story of dreams (Á Space, Hanoi, 2023); Tương tương ngộ ngộ cá kho tộ, ngộ ngộ tương tương đậu kho tương (Á Space, Hanoi, 2022); Messy like the cats (Lộn Xộn project, Hanoi, 2022).
